How to make Online Payment for the FRRO fees in Gurgaon

As you all must be aware that the FRRO in Gurgaon only accepts fees either deposited in their bank account or an online transfer, this has made it convenient and easy.

Since the government uses this portal for all types of payment at times it is difficult to navigate the payment system, this clubbed with the fact that is you make and incorrect payment then getting the money back is near impossible.

The process to submit the fees is as follows:

1) Log into https://egrashry.nic.in
2) User name and password selection needs to be “GUEST
3) The category one needs to select needs to be “OTHERS
4) The purpose of payment should be “OTHERS
5) Select Department “POL
6) The major head you need to select is “0070” – “OTHER ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES
7) Select the Visa Fees
8) Press the Submit Button, please ensure that office name to be selected should be “0610-DCP headquarters Gurgaon

This will direct you to the E challan page

Select District Gurgaon
Treasury: “00 Gurgaon”
Department: Police
Office name should be “0610-DCP headquarters Gurgaon”
Select year 2016-17 (Always the financial year)’
Nature of Tax Payment: FEES
Enter the fees amount in Numbers
Select “what is your passport number
Enter your passport number
Enter your email ID
Enter your mobile number
Select Payment Detail: Manual or E-Banking INCLUDING CREDIT CARD

For Manual

Select bank
Select Cash

In Personal Details

Enter your Name
Enter your Address
Enter the reason of Payment

Complete the relevant fields and take print a copy of E- Challan
Take the Challan to the Bank and submit the Fees
The receipt and proof of bank payment needs to be carried with you at the time of stamping your passport

For E banking

Select Punjab National bank Aggregator

In personal Details

Enter your Name
Enter your Address
Enter the reason of Payment

9) Proceed to the credit card window and make the payment
10) Print the receipt and payment proof

Also note: The payment can be made online with SBI or Central Bank are accepted in most branches.
